Kurt Mitchell has been in the construction industry since 1989 performing commercial and major residential construction projects in Wyoming, Idaho and Colorado. He served as project manager for two multi-family residential projects with construction values exceeding $5M. Since moving to the valley in 2004, he has built 13 custom homes and performed nine home renovations.
Well versed in construction management, Kurt has extensive experience preparing conceptual estimates and schedules, conducting constructability reviews, participating in value engineering workshops, managing infrastructure of land development, establishing equipment pricing with vendors, and negotiating contract terms with qualified subcontractors. As project manager, Kurt's responsibilities include permit acquisition, overall project performance and quality, daily project operations oversight, design process coordination, schedule and budget adherence, and onsite safety compliance.
